Through annual fundraising events the Brady Finn Foundation is committed to providing financial support to nonprofit organizations that serve families facing difficulties and whose focus is to enrich the lives of children.
OUR WHY
Brady’s Story
On February 5, 2019, Brady was riding to school with his dad when their vehicle was struck from behind by an impaired driver traveling 94 mph. Brady, then a sixth grader at Sacred Heart Catholic School, suffered a severe traumatic brain injury.
He spent nearly six months in the hospital and underwent numerous surgeries and procedures in the years that followed. The accident left Brady with significant physical and cognitive impairments, changing life for Brady and the Swenson family in an instant. But they were never alone.
Friends, family, classmates, teachers, first responders, medical teams, church members, neighbors, and even complete strangers surrounded Brady and his family with prayer, generosity, encouragement, and love.
Today, Brady continues to inspire those around him with his determination. The Brady Finn Foundation was created to carry that generosity forward, supporting other children and families with the same spirit of hope and community that has surrounded Brady from the beginning.

What began as a tribute to Brady has become an annual tradition bringing friends, family, and supporters together for a day of golf, connection, and giving back.

Sacred Heart was Brady’s school at the time of his accident, and its community immediately rallied around Brady and his family. Today, the foundation gives back through Sacred Heart’s Lend A Hand Scholarship, helping extend that same spirit of generosity to other families.
CRESCENT COVE
Creating moments of care, comfort, and joy for kids and their families.
Crescent Cove provides respite and hospice care for children and young adults with shortened life expectancies, along with support for the families who love them. Care and stays are provided at no out-of-pocket cost to families, made possible through donor support.
